That’s right, I dug even deeper and am now a Certified INSANITY coach!

Well, you all knew I was crazy. 😉

What does this mean? It means I can be an even better, more qualified, and more knowledgeable coach to those of you who want to try the Insanity program, are doing the Insanity program, have done the Insanity program but didn’t get to far with it but want to…etc.

Insanity is a very intense cardio workout involving what is called max interval training. If you’ve heard of the benefits of HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, this is a very similar concept.
