Kick procrastination!


Procrastination for most, as it turns out, is NOT due to laziness but in fact due to being a perfectionist. When perfect conditions are not met, people tend to put off doing something until they know they can have it done “just right”.

This could REALLY ruin your fitness goals! Don’t put off a workout if you can only do 5 or 10 minutes of it; those 5 or 10 minutes are better than zero! Why must you start on a Monday? To have a “perfect” fitness week? Such things don’t exist! The right time is NOW, not when conditions are absolutely right.

Don’t wait, don’t make excuses, and don’t be hard on yourself. Something ALWAYS is better than nothing. So get to the bottom of that desire to get things done right or a certain way the first time around and shoot instead for getting it done the best you can at that time.
