What does this mean? It means I can be an even better, more qualified, and more knowledgeable coach to those of you who want to try the Insanity program, are doing the Insanity program, have done the Insanity program but didn’t get to far with it but want to…etc.
Insanity is a very intense cardio workout involving what is called max interval training. If you’ve heard of the benefits of HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, this is a very similar concept. People either love Insanity, or hate it. Some would say both. 😀 If you want to compete with yourself, have a measurable way of determining your progress weekly, and enjoy a good challenge, Insanity is definitely for you! If you’re already doing a cardio program at least 4-5 times per week, run, or are otherwise relatively active right now, you could conceivably do the Insanity workout and be conditioned enough to give it a go.
