Walking totals for the week!

Saturday: 10 miles
Sunday: 10.5 miles
Monday: 7 miles
Tuesday: 7 miles
Wednesday: 10.5 miles
Thursday: rest day
Friday: 10.5 miles

Today I plan to walk…a ridiculous amount of miles. The caloric burn will be insane so I plan to eat for fuel. Greens, juicing, fruits, and smoothies it is! And of course, H2O. 🙂 Times like this having some premade vegan protein bars would REALLY hit the spot, so I think I’m going to have to start making those again and keeping them in the freezer.
