So far, so good! Finishing day two off with Burn Circuit 2 from Chalean Extreme. Here’s my menu for the day:
Breakfast: 1 scoop tropical strawberry Shakeology, 1 banana, 3/4 cup frozen strawberries, water
Lunch: 1 scoop tropical strawberry Shakeology, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Snack: 1 grapefruit
Snack: 1 scoop tropical strawberry Shakeology, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Dinner: 2 large tomatoes, 2 carrots with leaves, 6 celery stalks, 1 red pepper, a bunch of baby spinach, 3 cloves of garlic, some basil, and some oregano all juiced with a bit of tabasco sauce and cayenne pepper.
Drinking lots of water too, whee! Also two cups of green tea daily.
Not getting TOO hungry so far, except for maybe late at night. I just drink more water and I’m fine. 🙂
